Every vehicle that is movable gets brought into the building during non-business hours.

Parts and fasteners are never kept inside vehicle, always on a dedicated parts cart or clean remote storage area.

Damage estimates must be done in person.  It is very difficult to produce a quality estimate from photos or a description over the phone with the many variables involved, and we always want to do everything we can to get it right the first time.

Deductibles must be paid at the time of picking up the vehicle following completion of repairs.

Once a vehicle that is not drivable has arrived at our facility, we will allow 48 hours for the insurance company to inspect the vehicle before we dismantle for further inspection.  We will document all damage with photos prior to dismantling.

When repairing a vehicle, we will allow 24 hours for the insurance company to respond to a submitted supplement.  After this time, we will proceed with repairs to ensure the customer is not delayed in getting their vehicle back.  We will document all necessary additions with photos prior to repairing.

A storage rate of $35 per day applies to all vehicles on the property that are not repaired by MJ Collision Center.  Vehicles that are repaired are not subject to storage fees.

Before a vehicle can be released to a third party, all charges must be paid and a verbal authorization must be given to MJ Collision Center by the vehicle owner.
