Editorial contact
One address, read by the person who writes the pages: [email protected].
What is worth writing about
- A figure that is wrong or has changed at source. Name the operator and the term. Every bonus figure on this site carries the date we recorded it, so a correction is checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
- A statutory citation you think is wrong. We quote Wisconsin statutes by section number precisely so this can be argued. If a quotation is off, say which section.
- A broken link, a page that renders badly, or an accessibility problem. Include your device and browser.
- A question about the method. If the weighting on how we rate does not explain a position, that is a gap in our writing and we would rather fix it.
What we cannot help with
- Your account. We are not an operator. We cannot see a balance, release a withdrawal, unlock a verification check or apply a bonus. Only the operator can, and its support channel is the only route that reaches it.
- Your tax position. Our author states what the Wisconsin Department of Revenue's publication says and refuses, as a rule, to tell any individual what they owe. That question needs somebody licensed to sign your return.
- Legal advice. We quote statutes. We are not lawyers and this site is not legal advice.
- A dispute with an operator. We have no leverage over an operator's decision and no Wisconsin agency stands behind these accounts. The escalation route is the operator's own complaints process and then the licensing body named in its footer.
Commercial enquiries
Operators and affiliate managers can use the same address. Note what it will not achieve: coverage is decided by the criteria on how we rate, commercial terms do not reach the person writing, and no operator has been moved up for paying more.
Responsible gambling
If you need help rather than an answer about a bonus, do not wait for a reply to an email. Our responsible gambling page lists the Wisconsin helpline and the free national lines, all staffed around the clock.
